Irish Red Caramel Sauce

The Ingredients

  • 12oz Maxline Irish Red
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1.5 C Brown Sugar
  • 1 C Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

The Caramel

Simmer Irish Red 10 mins.

Stir in Butter and Brown Sugar.

Cook on medium-high without stirring until at 225°F (about 12 mins).

The Flavor

Remove from heat and add Whipping Cream, Vanilla, and Salt while stirring constantly.

Turn burner to medium heat.

Return pot to heat and cook until coats the back of a spoon (about 5-8 mins).

Get sauced.
