Pale Ale Pork Tenderloin Marinade

The Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 16 oz Maxline Brewing Pale Ale
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 3 shallots, peeled and crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 lemon, zest grated
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 pork tenderloin

The Prep

Place pork tenderloin in large ziplock bag.

Whisk together chicken broth, beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, and ketchup.

Add garlic, ginger, rosemary, shallots, and lemon zest to broth mixture.

Add Maxline Brewing Pale Ale to bag.

On The Grill

Marinate for 3 days before grilling.

Sear tenderloin on grill 400 degrees. Turn grill heat to low and cook until there is a slight pink center.
